About this project
This album was originally released in the spring of 2001 into an abyss of utter obscurity. After 23 years of profoundly irrelevant dormancy, and for no particular compelling reason we decided to remaster it using the latest modern cheat codes and to make it available for the express benefit of World Vision Charities. We encourage you to learn more about their incredible work and, if their mission resonates with you, consider supporting their cause.
BLU99 (Believer's Local Union 99) is a diverse group of singers and musicians from different faith traditions, political parties, life experiences, schools of fashion, and cultural backgrounds with a common mission to serve and "Make a joyful noise to the Lord" Psalm 100:1. We are a small piece of God's enormous and complex family, striving to live one's life to His glory. One possible manifestation of these beliefs is to give of one's time and talents. Please join us in our support for World Vision and all they do to be the hands of God.

The MentionsUnsurprisingly we gotta thank God first and foremost, shocker! We know that thanking God for something like this can sometimes read as insincere or cliché but in this case, we feel His hand was undeniable. This project didn't bring about anything we thought or consciously hoped it might. It didn't make us rich or famous or anything associated with success. Though, through this project we became closer, more vulnerable, more sincere and very likely more useful to God. The truth is sometimes we may never know God's will though we strive to embody it.
